The client will be held responsible for any or all damage however caused by the client or their guests to the vehicles and the minimum charge of £50 or the cost of the repairing/cleaning whichever is greater, this includes sickness, spillage, stains, cigarette burns and fabric tears.
AJ Limousines reserves the right to terminate any and all services if faced with unruly or abusive passengers without refunds.
All time stated in the booking must be compiled to, anything outside these times will be charged accordingly and payable in full.

In the event of a mechanical failure, due to any circumstance beyond their control AJ Limousines reserves the right to substitute vehicle of equal capacity.
In the event of cancellation of a confirm booking by the client, we have the following policy:
- Cancellation before 48 Hours or more to the Wedding Day will cost 25% of the total amount.
- Cancellation within 48 Hours to the Wedding Day will cost 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the Wedding Day will cost 100% of the total amount.
We have a strict “no food” policy inside Limousines, this is to protect interior.
Our company operates NO ALCOHOL policy; AJ Limousines wouldn’t be able to provide any alcoholic drinks. However we do provide healthy juices and soft drinks.
AJ Limousines operates NO SMOKING policy with in all their vehicles. Should this condition be ignored the Chauffeur is authorized to terminate the hire agreement and a refund will be not be offered under any circumstances.
Only AJ Limousines drivers are insured to drive the vehicles, therefore no other person under any circumstances may drive the vehicle. The Chauffeur will drive at reasonable speeds keeping within the law, and will use their judgement in relation to prevailing road type conditions.

All charges must be paid in full before the hiring commences, unless stated otherwise. Any extra such as extra time, mileage, parking, drinks or telephone usage must be settled at the end of the hire by arrangements made.
