What happens if you breakdown?
In the event of a mechanical failure, due to any circumstance beyond their control AJ Limousines reserves the right to substitute vehicle of equal capacity.

Are customers allowed to bring food in the limousines?
We have a strict "no food" policy inside Limousines, this is to protect interior.
Do we get Champaign?
Our company operates NO ALCOHOL policy; AJ Limousines wouldn’t be able to provide any alcoholic drinks. However we do provide healthy juices and soft drinks.
Can we smoke inside your cars?
AJ Limousines operates NO SMOKING policy with in all their vehicles. Should this condition be ignored the Chauffeur is authorized to terminate the hire agreement and a refund will be not be offered under any circumstances.
Can we drive any of your Limo?
Only AJ Limousines drivers are insured to drive the vehicles, therefore no other person under any circumstances may drive the vehicle. The Chauffeur will drive at reasonable speeds keeping within the law, and will use their judgement in relation to prevailing road type conditions.
What is the maximum seating capacity of a limousine?

When do we pay the full balance?
All charges must be paid in full before the hiring commences, unless stated otherwise. Any extra such as extra time, mileage, parking, drinks or telephone usage must be settled at the end of the hire by arrangements made.
